realtek ethernet controller driver windows 10 for toshiba

I checked my settings in my systems BIOS also, pertaining to the ethernet controller, and everything appeared to be as it should. I checked control panel and the driver installation for ethernet controller (this is the driver that usually handles that) did not show up as if anything had happened at all. There was no request for a reboot after install.
